The analysis of calculation systems of concerns and its using for managing production costs

Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza kalkulačního systému strojírenské firmy a jeho využití při řízení nákladů. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda kalkulační systém podniku má nějaké nedostatky a v případě jejich nalezení, navrhnout vhodná opatření k jejich odstranění. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje a vysvětluje pojmy týkající se účetních subsystémů, nákladů včetně jejich klasifikace a kalkulačního systému s jeho členěním. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, a poté jsou analyzovány její náklady, bod zvratu, kalkulační vzorec a kalkulace podniku. Na příkladu sestavení kalkulací dvou vybraných produktů vyráběných v podniku je demonstrována aplikace kalkulačních postupů v praxi. Nedostatky zjištěné při analýze kalkulačního systému jsou identifikovány a zároveň autorka předkládá vlastní návrhy, jejichž cílem je tyto nedostatky odstranit.

Abstract:

The thesis contains an analysis of the costing system engineering companies and its use of management costs. The main objective is to determine whether the costing system of the company has some shortcomings and investigate them, propose appropriate measures to eliminate them. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains and explains concepts related to accounting subsystems, including the costs of their classification and costing system with its breakdown. In the practical part is at first introduced the company, and then analyzed its costs, break-even point, calculation formula and calculation of the company. The example of a calculation of the two selected products produced by the enterprise is demonstrated by application of calculation procedures in practice. Deficiencies identified during the analysis of the costing system are identified and also author submits her own proposals whose aimed is eliminated these shortcomings.
