Abstract:

Bakalářskou práci s názvem "Edukační mapa péče o pacienta s potravinovou alergií a intolerancí" jsem se rozhodla zpracovat zároveň s edukační mapou, kterou jsem sama navrhla i výtvarně vytvořila a odborně konzultovala s lékaři z gastroenterologické a alergologické ambulance. Záměrem je vytvořit stručný a přehledný edukačním materiál, jenž přispěje jako "průvodce" jednak pro nově diagnostikované dospělé pacienty, rovněž do ní mohou nahlédnout jejich blízcí i ti, kteří se s tímto onemocněním nějakou dobou sžívají. Práce také přispěje jako pomůcka pro zdravotnické pracovníky, kterou si rozšíří povědomí o potravinových alergiích a intolerancích, nebo aby mohli poskytnout takovou pomůcku svým pacientům, jelikož celosvětově v populaci prevalence potravinových alergiích a intolerancích značně stoupá. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy o potravinových alergiích a intolerancích, které se mohou zdát na první laický pohled podobné. Ovšem najdou se mezi nimi velké odlišnosti v klinických příznacích, diagnostice i léčbě s dietními nebo režimovými opatřeními. Tyto informace jsem čerpala z odborné literatury, která se oběma onemocněními zabývá. Praktická část je věnována jednotlivým bodům k vytvořené edukační mapě. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu je zde přepis strukturovaného rozhovoru s pacienty s využitím edukační mapy a hodnotící dotazník, o jehož vyplnění jsem respondenty na konci setkání požádala v průběhu dubna a května roku 2020. Jedná se o 3 respondenty - pacienty z gastroenterologické a alergologické ambulance.

Abstract:

I decided to work on the bachelor's thesis entitled "Educational map of patient care with food allergy and intolerance" together with an educational map, which I designed and artistically created and professionally consulted with doctors from gastroenterology and allergology clinics. The intention is to create a concise and explicit educational material that will contribute as a "guide" for newly diagnosed adult patients, as well as for their loved ones and those who have been living with the disease for some time. The work will also contribute as a tool for health professionals to raise awareness of food allergies and intolerances or to provide such a tool to their patients, as the prevalence of food allergies and intolerances in the population is rising significantly worldwide. The theoretical part contains basic concepts about food allergies and intolerances, which may seem similar at first glance. However, there are significant differences between them in clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment with dietary or regimen measures. I drew this information from the literature that deals with both diseases. The practical part is devoted to individual points to the created educational map. As part of the qualitative research, there is a transcript of a structured interview with patients using an educational map and an evaluation questionnaire, which I asked respondents to fill out at the end of the meeting during April and May 2020. These are three respondents - patients from gastroenterology and allergology clinics.
