Cílem této práce je shrnout poznatky o méně známých druzích rostlinných barviv betalainech, chlorofylech, anthokyanech a kurkuminu. Teoretická část přináší stručný pohled na obecné vlastnosti a charakteristiky jednotlivých rostlinných barviv. Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to summarize knowledge of less known species of plant pigments – betalains, chlorophylls, anthocyanins and curcumin. The theoretical part presents a brief look at general properties and characteristics of each plant pigments.
