Block Exemptions from Art. 101 of the TFEU after their Amendment and their Applying in our Domestic Practice
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o blokových výjimkách ze zákazu vertikálních dohod narušujících hospodářskou soutěž v nové komunitární úpravě a jejich uplatňování v domácí praxi. Obsahem práce je kromě revize jednotlivých elementů blokové výjimky i posouzení vztahu blokových a zákonných výjimek.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the new block exemption regulation on vertical restrains and their amendment and their applying in our domestic practice. It contains not only the review of particular elements of the block exemption regulation, but also an assesment of the relation between the block exemption and the application in individual cases.
