Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výchovnými opatřeními ukládanými mladistvým v režimu zák. č. 218/2003 Sb., zákon o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a to konkrétně dohledem probačního úředníka, probačním programem, výchovnými povinnostmi, výchovnými omezeními a napomenutím s výstrahou. The thesis deals with educational measures imposed on young offenders according to Law No. 218/2003 Sb., Justice in the affairs youth offenders law, in particular supervising a probation officer, probation programmes, educational duties, educational restrictions and warning alert.
