Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit návrh na zefektivnění logistických systémů ve vybrané společnosti. Při zpracování tématu jsou nejprve shromážděny a analyzovány dostupné informace o současných problémech logistických systémů a nástrojích na jejich zefektivnění. The aim of the thesis was to create a proposal to streamline logistics systems in selected companies. Firstly, current logisticts problems and tools increasing logistics systems effectivness were analyzed based on available information in literature.
