Cílem diplomové práce je provést ocenění Erste Group AG. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první teoretické části jsou vymezena specifika a oceňovací metody komerčních bank. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate Erste Group AG. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part are defined the specifics and valuation methods of commercial banks.
