Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována onemocnění Psoriasis vulgaris (psoriáza), neboli lupénce, která je v současné době velice aktuálním tématem, a to v oblasti rozvoje nové biologické systémové léčby i v oblasti alternativních léčebných možností. Cílem práce je seznámení zejména s genetickými a imunologickými příčinami a typy tohoto onemocnění, sledování a porovnání typů léčby u konkrétního pacienta a případný návrh nových potenciálních možností léčby. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomii a fyziologii kůže k pochopení její funkce jako samostatného "orgánu" v lidském těle a současně souvislosti s ostatními orgánovými soustavami. V praktické části jsou výsledky léčby konkrétního pacienta UVB zářením a lokální léčby.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the disease called Psoriasis vulgaris, which is currently a very topical topic in the field of development of a new biological systemic therapy also in the field of alternative treatment options. The aim of this work is to get acquainted especially with genetic and immune- mediated causes and types of this disease, monitoring and comparison of many types of treatment in a particular patient and possible suggestion of new potential treatment options. The theoretical part includes anatomy and physiology of the skin to understand its function as a separate organ in the human body and concurrently its relation to other organ systems. In the practical part are the results of treatment of a particular patient by UVB radiation and topical treatment.
