Workplace learning in the Integrated rescue center

Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem Učení na pracovišti integrovaného záchranného systému se zabývá učením, které probíhá přímo na pracovišti mezi profesionály hasiči, policisty a pracovníky zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat, jak vnímají učení na pracovišti členové integrovaného záchranného systému v jednom konkrétním integrovaném výjezdovém centru, jakým způsobem se učí a jak si předávají zkušenosti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou učení na pracovišti, dále se zabývá motivací, bariérami v učení a učením v kontextu celoživotního učení. V empirické části je popsán metodologický postup, výsledky výzkumného šetření a závěrečné shrnutí a diskuze nad výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis called Workplace learning in the Integrated rescue center deals with the learning which takes place directly in the workplace among professional firefighters, policemen and medical rescue workers. The aim of this thesis is to identify and describe, how members of the Integrated rescue center perceive workplace learning in one particular integrated rescue center, how they learn and how they transfer experience. The theoretical part od the thesis focuses on defining main terms connected with the topic of workplace learning, next it defines other important terms, such as motivation, barriers in the learning and learning in the context of lifelong learning. The empirical part describes the methodological steps, the results of the research and the final conclusion and discussion of the research data.
