Origination and development of integrated supervision in financial market of SR

Abstract:

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to analyze the origination and progressive development of an integrated financial market supervision in the SR. I approach the questions in the field of regulation and supervision preformed by different subjects, operating in the market and the influence of these subjects within the legislative developments in the Slovak republic. Idea of an integrated financial market supervision in the SR, has been subject of many discussions, since the Slovak republic exist as an independent country. Banking supervision, as well as the whole financial market in the developed economies are the Central bank, together with subjects operating in the financial market. The central bank carries out prudential supervision of an individual subjects and seeks to ensure the financial market stability.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovať vznik a postupný vývoj integrovaného dohľadu nad finančným trhom v SR. Približujem otázky v oblasti regulácie a dohľadu, ktoré sú vykonávané jednotlivými subjektmi pôsobiacimi na trhu a ovplyvňovania daných subjektov v rámci legislatívneho vývoja v Slovenskej republike. Myšlienka integrovaného dohľadu nad finančným trhom v SR bola už od vzniku Slovenskej republiky ako samostatného štátu predmetom mnohých diskusií. Bankový dohľad ako aj celý finančný trh vo vyspelej ekonomike tvorí v súčasnosti centrálna banka spolu so subjektmi pôsobiacimi na finančnom trhu. Centrálna banka vykonáva dohľad nad obozretným podnikaním jednotlivých subjektov a snaží sa zabezpečiť stabilitu finančné trhu.
