Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bolesti zad a jejich prevenci u všeobecných sester. Celoživotní prevalence bolestí zad se pohybuje mezi 60-90 %. Sestry mají oproti ostatním profesím až šestkrát větší prevalenci poškození zad, proto je důležité se věnovat nejen léčbě, ale hlavně prevenci bolestí zad. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on back pain and its prevention in general nurses. The lifetime prevalence of back pain is between 60-90%. Compared to other professions, nurses have up to six times bigger prevalence of back damage, so it is important not only to treat, but mainly to prevent back pain.
