MODEL VLIVU INOVACE VÝROBKU NA TECHNOLOGICKÝ POSTUP A USPOŘÁDÁNÍ VÝROBY

Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá inovacemi výrobku a jejími vlivy na technologický postup výroby, uspořádání pracoviště a zatížením pracovníka. V disertační práci jsou popsány jednotlivé cíle této práce a hypotézy, které se disertační práce snaží potvrdit či vyvrátit. Cílem disertační práce je také se pokusit posunout dále poznání o problematice inovací výrobků a dopadem na jejich výrobu, a přinést užitek jak na úrovni teoretické, tak i praktické. Dále jsou popsány základní metody, které byly využity pro sběr dat a vyhodnocení disertační práce. Další část je věnována stavu současného vědeckého poznání, ze kterého tato práce vychází. Jsou zde popsány základní inovační teorie, typy inovací a jejich vzájemné vazby. Praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření, ve kterém jsou zpracovány jednotlivé cíle této disertační práce. Byly vybrány jednotlivé reálné výrobky, na kterých byly provedeny různé inovace. Následně je popsána vazba mezi vybranými inovačními řády a změnou technologického postupu výroby, která je způsobena právě inovací výrobku. Také je popsána vazba mezi touto změnou technologického postupu výroby a uspořádáním pracoviště. Celkový model vlivu inovace výrobku na technologický postup výroby a uspořádání pracoviště je ještě doplněn o vliv na zatížení pracovníka. Poslední část disertační práce se zabývá ověřením stanovených hypotéz a jednotlivými přínosy disertační práce.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with product innovations and its effect on the technological process of production, organization of work and the strain of a worker. In dissertation thesis are describes individual objectives of this thesis and hypotheses, which thesis tries to prove or disprove. The aim of the dissertation thesis is to try to move further knowledge on the issue of product innovation and the impact on product production, and bring benefits at theoretical and also practical level. In thesis are describes main methods that were used for data collection and evaluation of the dissertation thesis. Next part of dissertation thesis is devoted to the current state of scientific knowledge on which this work is based. Are describes innovation theories, types of innovations and their interrelations. The practical part of dissertation thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the research, in which are processed each objectives of this thesis. Individual real products were chosen, which have undergone various innovations. Subsequently is described linkage between selected innovative orders and changing technological proces, which is caused by product innovation. Also is described a link between this change and technological proces of production, and workplace organizing. The overall model of the product innovation impact on the technological production proces and workplace organizing, is complemented by the influence of the load worker. The last part of this dissertation thesis deals with the verification of hypotheses and individual dissertation benefits.
