Mechanism of "Green Card" in Europe (insurance of liability related to use of motor vehicles)

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla. Popisuje vývoj jeho legislativy na národní úrovni i v návaznosti na harmonizaci ze strany Evropské unie. Mapuje vývojové tendence motorového pojištění na evropském trhu včetně nejvíce ovlivňujících faktorů, včetně fungování evropského systému zelených karet.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the legal regulations of motor insurance. It describes the evolution of it´s legislation on the national level and also in connection with harmonisation from the part of Europe Union. It chart the evolution of the trend in motor insurance on the european market including the most influencing elements, inclusive of the functioning of the european green card system.
