Corporate culture of Stomalux
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků společnosti Stomalux. V práci byla prováděna SWOT analýza za účelem pomoci společnosti k identifikaci silných a slabých stránek a k odhalení hrozeb a příležitostí. V práci bylo rovněž prováděno dotazníkové šetření pro zjištění spokojenosti zákazníků. Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření a předem stanovených hypotéz.
Abstract:
The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current level of customer satisfaction of Stomalux dental clinic. In this work was performed SWOT analysis to help the company to identify their strengths and weaknesses and reveal threats and opportunities. Questionnaire was used to find out customer satisfaction.
