Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem resilience rodiny. Popisuje současnou rodinu, její typy a funkce. Většina rodin své funkce dokáže plnit, navzdory působení nepříznivých vlivů. Při setkání rodiny s různými sociálními riziky, jako je nezaměstnanost, sociální exkluze, zadluženost a domácí násilí v ní dochází ke stresu. Stresory často nejsou izolované, mohou se spojit a kumulovat, čímž se vulnerabilita rodiny zvyšuje. Pro zdravé rodinné fungování je důležité, aby rodina stresové události uměla účinně zvládat a na zátěž se adaptovat, aby byla resilientní. Rodinná resilience není setrvalý stav, ale proces, který napomáhá harmonii v rodině udržovat a obnovovat. Některé rodiny k obnovení svých funkcí potřebují pomoc a podporu, kterou lze nalézt u státu, ale i řady nestátních neziskových organizací.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with resilience of the family. Describes the currentfamily, its types and functions. The most families can fulfill its functions, despite the adverse outcome.Family meets with various social risks such as unemployment, social exclusion, debt and domestic violence. Thisfactors lead to the family stress. The stressors are not often isolated, they can combine and accumulate, therebyincreasing the vulnerability of the family. For a healthy family functioning is important that the family knew howstressful events effectively manage and adapt to the load to be resilient. Family resilience is not a permanent state, but a process that helps tomaintain harmony in the family and renew. Some families need help and support to restore their functions. The help can befound in the state, but also in many non-governmental organizations.
