Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá bankovními poplatky, které hrají u většiny spotřebitelů hlavní roli při vybírání bankovního produktu nebo bankovní služby. Cílem této práce je zjištění a porovnání úrovně bankovních poplatků podle různých kritérií. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou složek: z vymezení bankovních systémů v České republice a v Rusku a z definování cenové politiky v bankovnictví. Empirická část je věnována bankovním poplatkům z praktického pohledu a analýze vybraných poplatků mezi sledovanými bankami. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky mé bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with bank charges that play for most consumers the major role in choosing a bank product or a banking service. The aim of this work is to identify and to compare the level of bank charges according to various criteria. The theoretical part consists of two components: the definition of banking systems in the Czech Republic and Russia, and the definition of pricing policies in the banking sector. The empirical section is devoted to bank charges from a practical point of view and to the analysis of the collected charges among the chosen banks. The conclusion summarizes the results of my thesis.
