Abstract:
Standardem moderní léčby B-buněčných malignit je terapie monoklonálními protilátkami v kombinaci s chemoterapií. I přes velkou účinnost této metody se nedaří vyléčit všechny pacienty s B-buněčnými malignitami a u části z nich se po určité době dostaví relaps onemocnění. Abstract:
Standard therapy for B-cell malignancies is monoclonal antibody therapy in combination with chemotherapy. Despite the great effectiveness of this method, not all patients with B-cell malignancies are successfully cured and some of them relapse after some time.
