Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizačního algoritmu řezných podmínek pro tříosou frézku FCM 16 CNC. Kritériem optimálnosti bylo zvoleno kritérium minimálních výrobních nákladů. V této práci jsou dále formulovány omezující podmínky mající vliv na obrábění na konkrétním obráběcím stroji s použitím nástrojů (fréz), které jsou pro daný stroj v laboratořích KTMI k dispozici. Abstract:
This thesis engages on design of optimization algorithm of cutting conditions for three-axis FCM 16 CNC milling machine. Optimality criterion was chosen from the criterion of minimum production costs. However, this work has formulated constraints effecting machining on this particular milling machine using machine tools (cutters) available in KTMI laboratory.
