Lindsey Davis: The ancient Rome as a serial novel
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou historických románů Lindsey Davisové s hlavní postavou Marcem Didem Falconem. Prioritním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké prameny autorka využívala a jak s nimi pracovala. Pro tento účel bylo vybráno několik historických událostí a osobností, které autorka ve svém díle popisuje.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of historical novels of Lindsey Davis with the main character Marcus Didius Falco. The priority goal was discover what sources the author used and how she worked with them. For this purpose it was collected some historical events and personages, which the author describes in her work.
