Prosocial Behavior of Young People at the Beginning of Their Professional Career

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prosociálním chováním mladých lidí. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak mladí lidé nahlížejí na jednotlivé aspekty prosociálního chování. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy jako je prosociální chování, teorie, formy a rozvoj prosociálního chování. Další kapitola obsahuje pojmy altruismus, dobročinnost, dárcovství, dobrovolnictví a časná dospělost. Třetí kapitola se zabývá neziskovým sektorem, vymezuje pojmy jako nadace, nadační fond, spolky, obecně prospěšné společnosti, církevní právnické osoby, fundraising a individuální dárcovství. V praktické části je využito kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the prosocial behavior of young people. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how young people look at individual aspects of prosocial behavior. The theoretical part defines terms such as prosocial behavior, theories, forms and developing of prosocial behavior. The following chapter deals with the altruism, charity, donation, volunteering and early adulthood. The third chapter focuses on nonprofit sector, defines terms such as foundation, endowment funds, generally beneficial companies, association, the church as a legal person, fundraising and individual donation. The practical part uses the quantitative research employing the questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the thesis presents the evaluation of the research and practical recommendations.
