The use of geolocation games in the creation of the product Zbojník Ondráš, legend and reality

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem práce je historická postava zbojníka Ondřeje Fucimana. Cílem práce je jednak představit tuto osobnost z hlediska historického a faktického, v kontextu historických reálií. Druhým cílem je poté zkoumání Ondráše jako literární postavy, jeho zobrazení v umělecké literatuře a propojení s folklorní a lidovou tradicí, která se vytvořila kolem Ondrášovy osobnosti a jeho zbojnické činnosti. Součástí práce jsou vybrané ondrášovské pověsti, jejich literární výklad a komparace s historicky doložitelnými reáliemi. Praktická část práce se zabývá vytvořením produktu cestovního ruchu. Nástrojem pro tvorbu produktu je geolokační aplikace Adventure Labs, která uživatele dovede na konkrétní místa spojena s Ondrášovým životem a skrze kterou se uživateli propojí konkrétní místo se související pověstí a historickým kontextem. Smyslem produktu je uživatele seznámit s postavou Ondráše, jak historické osobnosti, tak literární postavy a nabídnout komplexní zážitek.

Abstract:

The main theme of the work is the historical figure of the bandit Ondřej Fuciman. The aim of the work is both to present this personality in terms of historical and factual, in the context of historical realities. The second goal is to examine Ondráš as a literary figure, his portrayal in art literature and the connection with the folklore and folk tradition, which developed around Ondráš's personality and his bandit activities. The work includes selected legends of Ondráš, their literary interpretation and comparisons with historically verifiable realities. The practical part of the work deals with the creation of a tourism product. The product development tool is the Adventure Labs geolocation application, which takes the user to specific places connected with Ondráš's life and through which the user connects a specific place with a related reputation and historical context. The purpose of the product is to acquaint users with the character of Ondráš, both historical figures and literary figures, and to offer a comprehensive experience.
