Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nepřímého vyvlastnění v mezinárodním investičním právu. Pozornost je nejprve věnována vymezení nepřímého vyvlastnění v literatuře, mezinárodních investičních smlouvách a v judikatuře. The thesis deals with the issue of indirect expropriation in international investment law. Attention is first drawn to the definition of indirect expropriation in literature, international investment treaties and case law.
