Shares and their Importance in the Joint-Stock Company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na akcie a s tím související akciovou společnost. Detailně popsané skutečnosti tohoto odvětví mají čtenářům objasnit na první pohled lehce pochopitelné, avšak v nitru složité fungování akcií v akciové společnosti. Závěr, a současně praktická část mé práce se skládá z průzkumu znalostí společnosti formou dotazníku a následné analýzy odpovědí.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the shares and the related joint stock company. Detailed facts described in this industry are clear to readers at first glance easy to understand, but inside the complex functioning of the shares of a corporation. Conclusion, while the practical part of my work is about exploring the knowledge society through the questionnaire and subsequent analysis of the answers.
