The accounting obligation in the founding of the company

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám účetními a administrativními náležitostmi při vzniku společnosti. Snažím se porovnat vybrané formy společností. Práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám novelou zákona o účetnictví, poukazuji na změny, které vznikly po přijetí novely. Dále upozorňuji na povinnosti při založení obchodních korporacích. V praktické části popisují jednotlivé kroky pro založení společnosti a následný vznik. Upozorňuji na náležitosti zakladatelských smluv a úkony s nimi spojenými. V různých formách ukazuji vedení účetnictví při založení.

Abstract:

In bachelor thesis I deal with accounting and administrative requirements at the establishment of the company. I try to compare selected forms of companies. I have divided the thesis into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I deal with an amendment to the Act on Accounting, I point out the changes that were made after the adoption of the amendment. I also draw attention to the obligations to set up business corporations. I also deal with natural persons who are doing business according to the Trades Licensing Act. In the practical part are described the steps for establishing the company and its subsequent creation. I draw attention to the details of the founding treaties and the acts connected with them. In various forms, I show bookkeeping at the start.
