Search and Its Realization on Basic Departments of the Police of the Czech Republic - Procedures, Means, Lacks and Recommendations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Pátrání a jeho realizace na základních článcích Policie ČR - postupy, prostředky, nedostatky a doporučení se zabývá problematikou pátrání, zejména pak jeho procesu provedení na základním článku Policie ČR. V první části vymezuje základní pojmy, definuje objekty pátrání a seznamuje s organizačními články Policie ČR, které ho provádí. Ve své hlavní části je zaměřena na problematiku výkonu pátrání na základním článku Policie ČR, zejména obvodních odděleních a místních odděleních. Definuje postup těch útvarů a seznamuje s dostupnými prostředky využívanými policisty v přímém výkonu služby. Poukazuje na nedostatky těchto prostředků a předkládá možná doporučení ke zlepšení. V závěru práce se soustředí na efektivitu a výsledky na poli pátrání, zejména z výsledků provedeného výzkumu mezi příslušníky Policie ČR.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Searching and its implementation on basic departments of the Police of the Czech Republic - procedures, means, lacks and recommendations deals with the issue of search, especially its implementation process on the basic departments of the Police of the Czech Republic. The first part defines the basic concepts, defines the objects of the search and acquaints with organizational departments of the Police of the Czech Republic, which performs it. In its main part is focused on the issue of the execution of the search on the basic article of the Police of the Czech Republic, especially district departments and local departments. It defines the procedure of these units and acquaints with available means used by police officers in direct service. It points out the shortcomings of these funds and makes possible recommendations for improvement. In conclusion, the thesis focuses on the effectiveness and results in the field of search, especially from the results of research conducted among members of the Police of the Czech Republic.
