Abstract:

Thesis annotation: Bc. Zdena Patakyová: Economic efficiency of the investment project Prague Banking Institute/College of Banking, Branch of Study: Finance and Finance market Thesis consultant: prof. Doc. Ing. Štefan Cisko, CSc. .Year 2012 defence. Number of parties 79. Thesis is focused on the evaluation of economic efficiency of the investment project. The first part of the thesis is focused on the investment decision-making, classification of investments and investment projects, as well as investment and project management. In the second part they are theoretically described techno economic processes and phases of the life cycle of the project. In the third part are. The third part focuses on investment financing and the choice of an appropriate method of financing investment, but also the budget and efficiency investment. In the fourth part is the explanation of the cash flow of investment projects, as well as the evaluation of efficiency of investment projects, estimate the expenditure method, future income and the determination of enterprise coston the capital. n the fifth part of the thesis are clarified roôzne methods and their use in investing. The sixth part of the analytical, which assesses the economic efficiency concrete of the project.

Anotácia práce: Bc. Zdena Patakyová: Ekonomická efektívnosť investičného projektu Bankový inštitút vysoká škola Praha, Študijný odbor: Financie a finančné trhy Vedúci práce: prof. Ing. Štefan Cisko, CSc. Rok obhajoby 2012. Počet strán 79. Diplomová práca je zameraná na hodnotenie ekonomickej efektívnosti investičného projektu. Prvá časť diplomovej práce je zameraná na investičné rozhodovanie, klasifikáciu investícií a investičných projektov, ako aj projektové riadenie a investovanie. V druhej časti sú teoreticky popísané technicko ekonomické postupy a fázy životného cyklu projektu. Tretia časť je zameraná na investičné financovanie a výber vhodného spôsobu financovania investícií, ale aj rozpočet a efektívnosť investícií. V štvrtej časti je vysvetlený peňažný tok investičných projektov, ako aj metódy hodnotenia efektívnosti investičných projektov, odhad výdavkov, budúcich príjmov a určovanie podnikových nákladov na kapitál. V piatej časti diplomovej práce sú objasnené rôzne metódy a ich využitie pri investovaní. Šiesta časť je analytická, ktorá hodnotí ekonomickú efektívnosť konkrétneho projektu.
