Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá všeobecnou analýzou právnej úpravy problematiky družstva. Pre stanovenie cieľov práce sme si vymedzili východiskové pojmy a analýzu súvisiacu so založením a vznikom družstva. V prvej kapitole popisujeme vznik, vývoj, základne charakteristiky družstva a v krátkosti právnu úpravu družstva.
