Abstract:
Práce pojednává o připravovaném projektu Solventnost II se zaměřením na jeho přijímání do evropské legislativy. Vysvětluje rozdělení rizik v pojišťovně a jejich řízení. V dopadových studiích se zaměřuje na zavádění kapitálových požadavků do praxe.
Abstract:
The work discusses the upcoming Solvency II, focusing on its admission to the European legislation. Explains the forms of risks in instance company and their risk management. The impact study focuses on the introduction of capital requirements into practice.
