Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá syntézou a následnou charakterizací CdTe nanočástic na bázi kvantových teček. Experimentální část práce se zabývá syntézou CdTe nanočástic s využitím různých biomolekul pro pokrytí a tím získání nanočástic s různými vlastnostmi. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with synthesis and characterization of CdTe nanoparticles (QDs). The main part of the Experimental part of the thesis is dedicated to synthesis and characterization of prepared QDs (eg. TGA, fluorescence properties, influence of pH, ζ potential, SAXS).
