Práce je věnována teoretickým a metodologickým aspektům regulatorních funkcí daní a jejich vlivu na finanční zdroje Ukrajiny. Je posuzována efektivnost daňového systému ve směru doplnění finančních zdrojů Ukrajiny a porovnána se situací České republiky, Francie a dalších evropských zemí.
