Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme sestavení matematických modelů infekčních onemocnění. Pro jejich sestrojení využijeme autonomní systémy diferenciálních, respektive diferenčních rovnic. Popíšeme vlastnosti jednotlivých modelů a zaměříme se na vyšetření stability příslušných stacionárních řešení. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we focus on the formation of mathematical models of infectious diseases. We will use autonomous systems of differential and difference equations for their composition. Model properties will be presented and we lay the emphasis on the examination of the stability of their stationary solutions.
