Costs of logistics outsourcing
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou outsourcingu logistiky ve firmě KUHN Bohemia, která prodává stavební stroje. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem outsourcing, jeho vývoj a popisuje výhody, nevýhody a rizika outsourcingu. Praktická část charakterizuje náklady na zavedení a používání outsourcingu v přepravě stavebních strojů. Poslední část obsahuje porovnání nákladů outsourcingu a insourcingu.
Abstract:
The thesis is engaged in problems of outsourcing of logistics in company KUHN Bohemia, which offers and sells a construction machines. The theoretical part explains concept of outsourcing, its development and describes advantages, disadvantages and risks of outsourcing. The practical part is focuses on costs of introduction and application of outsourcing in the transportation of construction machines …more
