Abstract:
Práce je věnována rozboru platné právní úpravy územního řízení dle zákona č. 183/2006 Sb., stavební zákon. V práci je řešen konkrétní případ územního rozhodnutí. Cílem práce je vymezit klady a zápory stavebního zákona s ohledem na stavebníka.
Abstract:
My work is dedicated to the analysis of valid law adjustments of planning inquiry according to law number 183/2006, collection of building law. I have been solving one specific problem of landscaping planning decision in my work and the aim of my work is to restrict the pros-and-cons of building law regarding private investor.
