Tématem této diplomové práce je právo myslivosti, v rámci kterého jsem se zaměřil na právní úpravu honitby a honebního společenstva. This diploma thesis deals with hunting law in Czech republic. I have focused on the law of hunting grounds and hunting society, particularly creation, change and termination of hunting ground and its utilization.
