Předložená práce se zabývá staronovým institutem, který přináší současný občanský zákoník - dědickou smlouvou. V první číslované kapitole je řešena geneze tohoto pořízení pro případ smrti. V dalších čtyřech kapitolách je dědická smlouva představena v kontrastu dědického práva a následně i celého občanského práva. The presented thesis deals with the old-new institute, which brings the current Civil Code - the inheritance contract. The first numbered chapter deals with the origin of this disposition mortis causa. In the next four chapters the inheritance contract is presented in contrast to inheritance law and consequently the whole civil law.
