Medical rehabilitation program and process after fractures of the proximal femur
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce shrnuje problematiku fraktur proximálního femuru. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, z nichž každá nahlíží na toto poranění z jiného úhlu. V obecné části jsou popsány anatomické, diagnostické a léčebné souvislosti. Speciální část je zaměřena na léčebně-rehabilitační složku komplexní léčby a kazuistika popisuje uplatnění konkrétních postupů léčebné rehabilitace na reálném pacientovi.
Abstract:
This thesis summarizes the issue of proximal femoral fractures. The thesis is divided into three parts. The general part describes the anatomy, diagnostic and therapeutic context. The special section is focused on a medical rehabiltation component of a comprehensive treatment and the practical part describes application of specific procedures in the rehabilitation process of a real patient.
