Předložená diplomová práce se zaobírá testováním inhibitorů methyltransferázy DOT1L. DOT1L se podílí na regulaci genové exprese, jejíž narušení může mít pro organismus závažné následky. V případě MLL typu rakoviny představuje aberantní nábor DOT1L enzymu zásadní krok pro rozvoj leukémie. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on methyltransferase DOT1L inhibitors testing. DOT1L plays an important role during the gene expression regulation and its disruption can have a serious impact on the organism. In case of MML type cancer the aberrant recruitment of DOT1L enzyme is a key step for the leukaemia development.
