Práce se zabývá instituty závazkového práva výprosou, výpůjčkou, zápůjčkou úvěrem. Zaznamenává historický vývoj jednotlivých právních institutů. V samostatné části se věnuje římskému právu, které má přesah do současných právních úprav v oblasti soukromého práva se zvláštním zřetelem na římské právo obligační. V samostatné kapitole kategorizuje jednotlivé Obligace. Přináší vymezení sledovaných institutů …more
Abstract:
This these brings information about specific legal institutes with special aim to loan. In its own part considering Roman law describes Roman obligationes. Principles o Roman law comes up in law systems of many countries. As for Civil Code we meet in the these the current legal definition of aimed institutes.
