Evaluation of the output parameters of a tractor set for tillage

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat současný stav v konstrukci traktorů střední výkonové kategorie. Zde jsou popsány hlavní konstrukční prvky traktoru, zejména motor, prvky pro snižování emisí, převodovka, podvozky a elektrohydraulické systémy traktorů. Metodická část je zaměřena na terénní měření traktoru Massey Ferguson 8460 dynaVT a čtyřradličného neseného pluhu Kverneland F 120 – 8. Měření probíhalo na pozemku, který byl z podzimu zpodmítnut. Z terénního měření byly získány hodnoty, které byly zpracovány do tabulek, z těchto hodnot byly následně provedeny výpočty, jaký vliv má přidání závaží o hmotnosti 1200 kg do předního tříbodového závěsu na celkové výstupní parametry orební soupravy. Vypočtené hodnoty výstupních parametrů byly graficky znázorněny, poté byla provedena jejich analýza.

Abstract:

The goal of this Thesis is to process the current state in the construction of tractors of the middle power category. Here are described the main construction elements of the tractor, mainly the engine, elements for reduction emissions, transmission, chassis and electrohydraulic systems of the tractors. Methodical part is aimed for the field measurement of the tractor Massey Fergusson 8460 dynaVT and four blade, carried plow Kverland F 120 - 8. The measurement took a place at the land which was cultivated in autumn. Values were obtained from the field measurements, which were processed into tables, from these values calculations were subsequently performed, what effect the addition of ballast weighing 1200 kg to the front three-point hitch has on the overall output parameters of the plow set. Calculated values of the output parameters were graphically illustrated and atferwards the analysis of it was made
