Security Project of a Selected Cultural and Social Event in the Context of Protection of Soft Targets

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou měkkých cílů na Vánočních trzích ve Zlíně. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy problematiky ochrany měkkých cílů, právní rámec spolu se základními koncepcemi a strategiemi České republiky na ochranu měkkých cílů, následně je vymezen pojem terorismus, jeho charakteristika a dělení. Dále je charakterizován pojem měkký cíl, dělení, principy při jeho ochraně, bezpečnostní prvky a možné hrozby a útoky. V praktické části je popsán program a místo konání, analýza bezpečnostních opatření a jejich nedostatků a v závěru práce je návrh na zkvalitnění ochrany měkkých cílů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the safety and protection of soft targets at Christmas markets in Zlín. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of soft target protection, the legal framework together with the basic concepts and strategies of the Czech Republic to pro-tect soft targets, subsequently the conceptof terrorism, its characteristics and divisions are defined. Furthermore, the concept of soft target, division, principles in its protection, security features and possible threats and attacks is characterized. The practical part describes the programme and venue, the analysis of security measures and their shortco-mings, and the conclusion of the work is a proposal to improve the protection of soft targets.
