Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku koupě závodu a cílem bakalářské práce je řešení otázky okamžiku účinnosti převodu závodu a jeho neúčinnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních bloků – teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři hlavní oddíly, praktická má také čtyři. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the purchase of a plant and the aim of the bachelor thesis is to solve the question of the moment of effectiveness of the transfer of the plant and its ineffectiveness.
