Manifestation of bullying and cyberbullying among primary school pupils and secondary school students

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o velmi aktuální problematice šikany a kyberšikany mezi dětmi. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole diplomové práce je popsána šikana obecně. Ve druhé a třetí části práce je objasněna charakteristika kyberšikany, specifika prostředí nejčastějšího výskytu, její rozšíření a formy. Jsou zde zmíněny možnosti prevence a způsoby řešení při výskytu kyberšikany. Teoretická část práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury našich i zahraničních autorů. Náplní čtvrté kapitoly je vlastní metodické šetření na vybraných školách. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a do jaké míry se žáci v jednotlivých školách s kyberšikanou setkali a jejich zkušenosti a povědomí o možnostech řešení.

Abstract:

The thesis discusses the highly topical issue of bullying and cyberbullying among children. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter of the thesis describes bullying in general. The second and third part of the thesis explains characteristics of cyberbullying, the most frequent occurrence being specifics of the environment, its expansion and forms. There is mentioned the possibility of prevention and ways of dealing with the incidence of cyberbullying. The theoretical part is compiled on the basis of specialized literature by Czech and foreign authors. The content of the fourth chapter focuses on the methodical investigation at selected schools. The aim of the study was to determine whether and to what extent students attending individual schools encounter cyberbullying.
