Assets, financial and capital structure of enterprise

Abstract:

This thesis deals with assets, financial and capital structure of the selected company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the equity, financial and capital structure of the chosen company. It’s current status, development and factors that influence it. The work contains 13 tables, 5 graphs, and two pictures. The first chapter is dedicated to the definition and characteristics of the assets, financial and capital structure in general terms. In the second chapter there are factors operating in the financial and capital structure and possibility of their optimization. The third chapter provides an analysis of financial and capital structure of the selected company. In conclusion we evaluate the achievement of thesis’ objective.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry vo vybranom podniku. Cieľom záverečnej práce je analyzovať majetkovú, finančnú a kapitálovú štruktúru vybraného podniku. Aktuálny stav, vývoj a faktory, ktoré ju ovplyvňujú. Práca obsahuje 13 tabuliek, 5 grafov a dva obrázky. Prvá kapitola je venovaná vymedzeniu a charakteristike majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry vo všeobecnej rovine. V druhej kapitole sa nachádzajú faktory pôsobiace na finančnú a kapitálovú štruktúru a možnosti ich optimalizácie. Tretia kapitola obsahuje analýzu finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry vo vybranom podniku. V závere práce sa nachádza zhodnotenie naplnenia cieľa.
