Diploma thesis discusses the Czechoslovak justice crimes committed by its former leaders in the early years of the communist regime, i.e. at the turn of the 40th and 50th of the 20th century and the subsequent pursuit of their punishment in the revolutionary transition to a democratic polity after 1989.
