Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na typy dluhopisových cenných papírů, které sev některých svých vlastnostech liší od standardních instrumentů. Popsány zde jsouvýznamné skupiny dluhopisů, jakými jsou dluhopisy spojené s pojištěním nebodluhopisy zajištěné jinými aktivy. Práce se na dluhopis dívá z pohledu jak emitenta,tak investora a zároveň popisuje odlišnosti a podobnosti s dalšími aktivy. Současnějsou popsány i historické souvislosti u dluhopisů, které jsou již užívány dlouhou dobua důvody, proč vznikly nebo jejich význam zanikl.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the types of bond securities, which in some of its characteristicsdiffer from standard instruments. Important bond groups, such as insurance-linkedbonds or asset-backed securities, are described here. The thesis focuses on theperspective of both the issuer and the investor, while describing the differences andsimilarities with other assets. Historical context is described here as well. Points ofinterest are reasons for use and creation of such bonds and their eventualdisappearence.
