Technique selection in rhytmic gymnastics: Lower limb loading during landings

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší problém existence biomechanických aspektů mechanického zatížení dolních končetin u doskoků v moderní gymnastice a výběr správné techniky skoku ze zdravotního hlediska. Subjektem výzkumu bylo sedm moderních gymnastek školního věku. V průběhu výzkumu předvedla každá testovaná osoba tři pokusy u třech vybraných modifikací základního gymnastického skoku - dálkového skoku. Ve výzkumu byl aplikován systém kamer Qualisys, pro stanovení kinematické analýzy, a silová plošina Kistler. Následně byla naměřená data zpracována v programu Visual3. V závěru studie byly zjištěny významné biomechanické rozdíly mezi testovanými modifikacemi doskoků. U dálkového skoku s odrazem i dopadem obounož byla zjištěna nízká hodnota reakční síly podložky a kompresních sil působících v kloubech dolních končetin. Naopak u dálkového skoku stranou s dopadem na jednu nohu byly zjištěny vysoké hodnoty vertikálních reakčních sil podložky vlivem požadované techniky doskoku a nedostatečnou flexí kloubů dolních končetin. Zdravotní prevence spočívá ve správném nácviku flexe během doskoků a výběru správné techniky skoku.

Abstract:

The study of this diploma thesis deal with question, if there exist biomechanical differences in lower limb loading during three landings technigues in rhytmic gymnastics and choose a technique of this jump. Tested persons in this study was seven rhythmic gymnastics in school years. Each gymnastics had three valid trials on three selected modifications of the basic gymnastic jump- grand jeté. In this research were applied Qualisys camera system for determination of kinematic analysis and Kistler force platform. Then, the measured data were processed in Visual3D. In this study were found significant differences between landings. In the grand jeté with landing on two lower extremity was found low reaction force between pad and compressive force in joints of lower extermity. The opposite effect has a grand jeté side with landing on one lower extremity, where were found high reaction force between pad and compressive force, due to insufficient flexion in joints of lower extermity and due to the required technique of this jump. Health prevention consists in correct flexion training during rebounds and choosing the right jump technique.
