Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera (v konkrétním podniku či instituci)

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá etickým kodexem, ve kterém nalezneme pojmy jako etika a etické chování. Dále obsahuje etiku spojenou s pozicí manažera a její použití v praxi. Etické prvky použité při vedení lidí manažerem byly pozorovány na vedoucím společnosti Agrio moderní zemědělské stroje s.r.o. dotazníkem u zaměstnanců firmy.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis deals with Code of Ethics in terms of ethics and ethical behavior. Further it describes ethics in context of managerial work ant it's use in practice. Ethical elements used by mananger in leadership of employees were observed on manager of Agrio - moderní zemědělské stroje s.r.o. by using a survey.
