Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval liposomy, které se lišily v obsahu cholesterolu v lipidové dvojvrstvě, a které sloužily jako přenašeče léčiva doxorobucinu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak cholesterol v lipidové dvojvrstvě liposomů ovlivňuje amperometrickou detekci přenášeného doxorubicinu, jak ovlivňuje jeho fluorescenci a jak ovlivňuje jeho toxicitu. In my diploma thesis I studied liposomes, which differed in the content of cholesterol in the lipid bilayer, and which served as carriers of doxorobucin.
