Importance of sustainable aspects of production of packaging for consumer chemicals buyers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá význam vybraných aspektů udržitelné nabídky, s důrazem na produkty spotřební chemie. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na identifikaci lidských hodnot a klíčových prvků udržitelné nabídky z pohledu spotřebitelů. Zahrnuje také analýzu bariér, které mohou bránit zákazníkům v nákupu udržitelných výrobků a tvorbu udržitelné nabídky z pohledu firem. Výzkum se zaměřuje na důležitost jednotlivých environmentálních a sociálních aspektů výroby. Sběr dat byl prováděn v České republice mezi 200 respondenty, a to ve věku od 18 let a více. Analýza byla prováděna s ohledem na sociodemografické faktory a na druh zboží (potraviny, nápoje, detergenty a kosmetika). Výsledky ukázaly, že v případě výroby jsou environmentální aspekty obecně vnímány jako důležitější než ty sociální. Výsledky výzkumu mohou podnikům posloužit jako cenný zdroj informací při plánování tvorby udržitelé nabídky nejen v chemickém průmyslu, ale i v širším kontextu udržitelného podnikání.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis explores the importance of selected aspects of sustainable offering, with an emphasis on consumer chemistry products. The literature search is focused on identifying human values and key elements of a sustainable offer from the point of view of consumers. It also includes an analysis of the barriers that can prevent customers from buying sustainable products and the creation of a sustainable offer from the perspective of companies. The research focuses on the importance of individual environmental and social aspects of production. Data collection was carried out in the Czech Republic among 200 respondents aged 18 and over. The analysis was carried out with regard to socio-demographic factors and the type of goods (food, beverages, detergents and cosmetics). The results showed that in the case of production, environmental aspects are generally perceived as more important than social ones. The research results can serve as a valuable source of information for companies when planning the creation of a sustainable offer not only in the chemical industry, but also in the wider context of sustainable business.
