Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro rozšíření stávající podnikatelské činnosti o provozování autoservisu. Na podnikatelský plán je nahlíženo jak z teoretické, tak praktické stránky. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny veškeré náležitosti podnikatelského plánu a způsoby jeho tvorby. Z teoretického hlediska je taktéž přiblíženo podnikání a dané odvětví, kterého se podnikatelský plán týká. V praktické části pak dochází k samotnému sestavení podnikatelského plánu, který zahrnuje několik analýz a strategií. V závěru je na základě podnikatelského plánu projekt vyhodnocen a je rozhodnuto o jeho možné realizaci.

Abstract:

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for the expansion of the existing business activities related to the operation of the car service. The business plan is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, all the elements of the business plan and the ways of its creation, are mentioned. There is also a theoretical approach to the industry concerned by the business plan. In the practical part, the business plan is drawn up, which includes several analyzes and strategies. In the end, the project is evaluated on the basis of the business plan and its possible realization is decided.
